1. Agreement to Terms & Operating Entity

VivahManglam Matrimony (including all associated web platforms and mobile applications) is owned, managed, and operated by Techbass Enterprises, a software company based in Ganj Basoda, Madhya Pradesh, India. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or legal age for marriage under applicable laws) to register on VivahManglam. Profiles representing minors are strictly prohibited.

3. Genuine Information

Users must provide accurate, truthful, and non-misleading information regarding age, marital status, education, occupation, and family background.

4. Code of Conduct

Users agree not to engage in harassment, fraud, commercial solicitation, abusive behavior, or uploading offensive/illegal content.

5. Membership & Payments

Membership upgrades grant access to contact details and premium matchmaking features as defined in subscription plans. All payments processed via authorized payment gateways (including PayU) are subject to billing and refund policies of Techbass Enterprises.
