We are committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant environment. Any attempt to use our platform to exploit, harm, groom, or solicit minors will result in immediate termination of account access, permanent device/IP banning, and reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies and international authorities.

2. Strict Adult-Only Age Restriction (18+)

VivahManglam Matrimony is exclusively designed and intended for adults seeking matrimonial partnerships.

• Minimum Age Requirement: Individuals under 18 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering, creating a profile, or accessing services on VivahManglam.
• Age Verification: We require government ID verification or parental/guardian confirmation for all matrimony candidate profiles to ensure strict compliance with age legalities.
• Minor Profile Removal: If any account is discovered to belong to or represent a minor without legal adult standing, it will be deleted immediately.

3. Prohibited Content and Misconduct

The following activities are strictly banned across all communication channels, profile media, and interactions on VivahManglam:

• Uploading, sharing, transmitting, or storing any image, video, text, or media involving minors or child abuse material (CSAM).
• Engaging in grooming, exploitation, harassment, or inappropriate communication targeting minors.
• Using false age information or impersonating adult users.

4. Content Moderation & Proactive Measures

To detect and prevent CSAE risks, VivahManglam employs robust safety standards including:

• Automated & Manual Review: Profile pictures and user-submitted content are screened manually and through automated detection mechanisms prior to public display.
• Report & Block Tools: In-app reporting tools allow users to instantly flag suspicious profiles, offensive content, or safety violations.
• Immediate Account Suspension: Flagged accounts violating safety policies are suspended instantly pending thorough investigation.

5. Law Enforcement Cooperation & Mandatory Reporting

VivahManglam fully complies with all applicable local and international child protection laws, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, Information Technology Act, and Google Play Developer Policies.

In cases involving CSAE or CSAM, we reserve the right to report offender details (including IP address, log data, account history, and uploaded content) to:

• National Law Enforcement Agencies & Cyber Crime Cells.
• National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
